ocs8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ocs8.club ("ocs8", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all services provided through ocs8.club, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, lottery-style games, and any other gaming products made available on the Platform.

Use of the ocs8 Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and ocs8 relating to the subject matter herein.

To be eligible to register and use the ocs8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ocs8 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the ocs8 Platform or any associated platform;
• You are not diagnosed with, or receiving treatment for, a gambling addiction at the time of registration;
• All personal information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

ocs8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player shall be void and forfeited.

Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) account on the ocs8 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for a single individual, ocs8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and permanently suspend the player.

• You must provide a valid email address and a Malaysian mobile phone number (+60 prefix) during registration;
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ocs8 login credentials;
• You must notify ocs8 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• ocs8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials;
• Account names must reflect your legal identity; aliases or pseudonyms are not permitted for withdrawal-eligible accounts;
• ocs8 may require Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

All transactions on the ocs8 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ocs8 supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank PBe.

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 unless otherwise specified in a promotion;
• Deposits are credited to your ocs8 wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt by our payment processor;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible;
• ocs8 targets withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times;
• ocs8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals or unusual transaction patterns;
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee on withdrawal at ocs8's discretion;
• ocs8 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

All bonuses and promotions offered by ocs8 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all ocs8 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only; one bonus per player per promotion unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• ocs8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with or without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended;
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated;
• Free spins, where offered, are valid for the specified game and expiry period only; unused free spins are forfeited upon expiry.

All games offered on the ocs8 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The rules of each game, including minimum and maximum bet limits, are displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ocs8 will not cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except where a technical error is determined to have affected the game outcome;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, ocs8's server-side records shall be the authoritative source of game state;
• ocs8 operates slot games using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Certified RTP percentages are published for each game;
• Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheel) under controlled studio conditions — no RNG is involved in live games;
• Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the applicable sporting event result as officially confirmed by the relevant governing body;
• ocs8 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by pricing errors or data feed failures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ocs8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using the account of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including structured deposits designed to meet bonus requirements fraudulently;
• Collusion with other players in live casino or poker formats;
• Any conduct that ocs8 reasonably determines to constitute match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Depositing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

ocs8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — configurable in your account settings; increases require a cooling-off period;
• Loss limits — set a maximum loss threshold per session or per period;
• Session reminders — configurable time alerts during gameplay;
• Self-exclusion — temporary (24 hours to 12 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform, activated via account settings or by contacting support;
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and net position during a gaming session.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. All content on the ocs8 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and the ocs8 brand mark, is the intellectual property of ocs8 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only;
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ocs8;
• The ocs8 brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any context that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ocs8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond ocs8's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on inaccurate odds, pricing errors, or data feed failures that ocs8 takes reasonable steps to rectify;
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, game supplier, or telecommunications provider.

ocs8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

ocs8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes;
• ocs8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Transaction data is retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations;
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to legal retention obligations.

ocs8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting ocs8 support. Any pending withdrawal request at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which ocs8 operates its international gaming activities. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ocs8 customer support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable international gaming authority dispute resolution process.

In all matters, the ocs8 Platform records and server logs shall constitute the primary evidentiary basis for dispute resolution. ocs8's decision on all gaming disputes is final, binding, and not subject to reversal except by a determination of the relevant gaming authority.
